Hi recently I have been having trouble with my playstation 5 it won't let me use some of the features on it and comes up with error codes when I have spoke to them they have suggested things to do with the hub which I have do like ports and different things of that nature but still no joy it's weird as I can still play online but can't do things on the playstation plus or buy anything just says I've timed out of the server. If I do it thru my hot-spot on my phone it works perfectly fine so I can only think it is something to do with the hub and the firmware or the hub has malfunctioned please can you help me to sort this problem
