Sky Hub connectivity issues

Having some pretty significant issues with my Sky Max Hub. My laptop, despite being in the same room, only gets one bar of signal, and even my phone has errors. On top of that, connection I do get is incredibly unstable, and the hub itself keeps directing me to its self-heal protocol every other day. I lose internet completely for a solid few seconds every few minutes or so - very annoying when working online. Is this a common issue? Is there a workaround or fix I can apply on my end?

@XBowden it is not a common issue. If you are in the same room as the hub you should have a strong signal with all of the bars shoowing assuming the hub is not under other equipment. Assume you have checked thsat you are connecting to the hub directly? If you are call Sky as it sounds like your hub is faulty.
