Broadband activated but not working

Had broadband installed and activated yesterday,i have 2 green lights on the hub power and wi-fi,no green light  for internet.3 green lights on ONT engineer said needed all four to be activated,really need this sorted asap any help appreciated

@Gary168 you need to talk to Sky to get this checked out so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. thanks for the reply,already been in touch with sky,could be 72 hours before i get an answer to the problem,was joping someone here might have had the same problem and had a fix for it
