Sky Hub appears to be working but no connection
Hi, our WiFi has gone down but the Sky Hub appears to be working. Had city fibre installation a couple of weeks ago and may be a problem with the city fibre internal box.

@SeanTerry look at the lights on the ONT City Fibre fitted as that maybe showing an error. Its worth runnning the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection as once it picks up the loss of connection which takes up to an hour it should offer help.
