Devices won’t connect or download on WiFi setting.

all devices like phones, iPad or gaming won't work on WiFi. We've re-set phones and router several times but doesn't help. Messages and photos  won't send or download unless we switch to data setting and turn WiFi setting off. This has continued for about 5-7 days up to now. I've checked our connection on sky but shows no problem. Could it be a fault on the router? Please solve this 🙏. Will probably have to disable phones WiFi to send this message to you.

If you haven't done this already try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
