Sky Hub Router Order

Hello, how can I chase up the delivery of a new Sky Hub router.  Ordered on 17th February and have an enginner arriving tomorrow to replace the Sky box to SkyQ. Seems a long time to be waitin on a router through the post.

Resolved. Sky cancelled the order and did not conatct me.
