Sky Hub Rebooting

My Sky Hub is continually switching off and rebooting itself. Been doing it on and off for the past year but for the past week it has happened 4 or 5 times a day and this afternoon like many others it seems, we had a connection but no Internet! Also cannot reconnect our security cameras! What's going on Sky? How can I contact Sky? No telephone no.s on App or Website. Can't even seem to log the problems with them. I'm very frustrated! 🤬

@AndreG67 any electronic devicectgat reboots spontaneously is likely to be faulty. It is not difficult to find Sky's support numbers which start 03 but Sky do not make it easy so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
