Sky Hub Max and my Apple Mini

We have been sent a new Sky Hub Max to try to improve the wifi speed in our home office in our home.  My new Apple Mini (computer) won't stay connected to the new WiFi.  The My Sky app keeps saying features aren't available right now and to try again later.  But this never changes.  When I wait for 40 mins to speak to someone it doesn't help.  I'm reasonably IT literate and have done all the online checks for Broadband and WiFi and they all say its all good.  We've rung in about 5 times with no-one understanding our issue let along being able to help.  NEVER had this with BT.

@PeterLake69 the Sky Max hub does take a while to download the latest firmware which maybe why features are not yet available.  However Sky may have an issue as I cannot access the settings for my own hub at the moment and there have been a number of similar posts. This is pretty unusual as normally the app is reliable.

If your Apple Mini is quite old look into switching the wifi security level from WPA3-T to WPA2 once the settings shows up however if your hub is still updating it might sort that itself as Sky tell us they arechangung the default.
