All running but can’t connect laptop

Bb and WiFi checked and double checked. One work laptop connected this morning, then connection dropped. Giving various error messages. Restarted everything many times. Any ideas please?

Thanks Jim. Everything else is working and we've got the laptop working on a link extender now. No idea why it wouldn't hold the sky connection!
