Sky Hub Max Red X for Ethernet on At a Glance page

I reciently got Sky broadband with a Max hub.

On the "At a Glance" page I often see a red X next to Ethernet in the Home Network section.

Can anyone advise what this actually means?  I cannot find anyhing in the logs or any documentation for the web interface to indicate what the issue could be.

Thanks

@Jimbo5000 do you have anything attached to the Ethernet ports on your Sky hub?

@Chrisee

Yes - lots a quite a few devices through unmanaged switches.

All seem to be communicating ok (incuding the PC im using to respond to this).

And I see them in the device lists and seem to be getting IP addresses without issue.

When I reboot the hub it does appear as a green tick, but sometime later goes red.

I've never seen it go back without a reboot of the hub.

@Jimbo5000 not 100% sure but the way Sky determine what is connected seems quite buggy - it neverscgets my devices quite right - so I wouldn't worry.
