Hi,
I have a Sky Hub model SR203 and I have been using it for some years now (since 2024 at least), without issue. However, for the last two months or so, every once in a while it will disconnect, most of the lights except one will be red, and I will have to reboot it to get the internet back. The first time I waited patiently to see if it would fix on its own, but it clearly didn't, so I turned it off and on again. The main issue here is that it seems to be happening at a faster rate. The first time it happened, I almost forgot about it and it was probably a full month or so until it happened again. The last two times it happened there were just a few days in between, not even a full week. I tested the connection when it was working normally using the Sky diagnostics tool, but it doesn't tell me anything is wrong. I've tried to find a customer service number, and I coulnd't, and none of the Sky help tools actually helped. If anyone has experienced anything similar, I'd be grateful for any information. Also, for Sky, please make customer service available, especially for emergencies. I have an online assessment in less than two weeks, and the last thing that I need is not to have professional support available to fix these issues.

Never mind. After a while I managed to get a bad diagnostic as the Hub yet again disconnected, and I got an engineer to come and fix it.
