Hi People,
Just signed up to an account and no issue yet, but can i change the delivery address for my hub delivery? i did not see an option for this when i went through with my order, and i cannot find any opitons in my acocutn online either. i've since foudn out i need to be home to sign for it when it comes, but i iwll likley be working and as there is no defined date for delivery i cant book it off.
Any assistance would be appreciated. just wondered if i could get it delivered to my work maybe instead of keep missing the delivery.

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive at the account address a 'few days' prior to the activation date.
Once it has been dispatched you should be able to track through Royal Mail. The postman/woman will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You shouldn't need to sign for it.
They should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.
