Sky Happy customer area Board and please no AI

Dear Sky,

 

Whenever I look it's always about complaints but can we have a area on the website that Values your Staff.  Put aside all the other noise latency levels and dopr out out times etc but on the whole your engineers are first class.

 

They are knowledgeable, polite and dedicated in providing the best customer service experience. Can we at least give them a pat on the back and say Job well done?

 

So please can we have a well done feedback button on the website. We need to protect the home grown talent and give them a thumbs up.

 

Please can we also keep the customer service where it is , It's so much better having a conversation and no AI which is driving everyone  bonkers. It's not always about saving money but giving the customer that experience they want.
