Re: Sky Glass cutting out, internet service poor
@AngelaMarie Sky Glass needs a strong stable wifi connection to work. Often a standard router including Sky's own hubs are not up to providing thst. Each home is different as layout, type of construction and level of interference are all factors thst affect wifi signal strength. Sky do sell packages which may help if you buy their broadband the best one for Glass is Wifi Max which costs an additional £7.50 a month and can provide up 3 wifi extenders if a Sky engineer agreees you need them.
Alternatively you can buy your own equipment which can work out cheaper in the long run. The best solution is to run an ethernet cable from the TV to your router but often that is impractical in which case a Powerline Networking kit can help,as they use the mains wiring to carry the signal.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
