hi my internet connection keeps loosing connection for a shorty while, i also cannot access my admin page for my router, it wont load the page at all, tired on my msi laptop and iphone, i have tried factory resetting my router and restarting it but both problems persists. thanks

Hi thanks for the reply. My internet LED goes orange for a few seconds then comes back to green.

I can see that your line is dropping and your stats suggest a line fault. Please can you run the line test in the My Sky app to see if that allows you to book an engineer? If it doesnt we can escalate your post here to chat with a Sky rep.
