Sky Gigafast

Do I get a new router for Gigafast or do I still keep my existing Ultrafast + hub ?

You keep the same sr203 hub if you are on the 500Mbps fttp and upgrading to gigafast 1 Gbps

The new Max Hub is primarily aimed at 500 and 900 Mbs FTTP subscriptions, but has an additional monthly cost and isn't currently compatible with Q television.
