Sky Full Fibre installation

Hi, I had an 'engineer' call out on the 21st March to install the new Sky Full Fibre but said it can't proceed as there is no line connected to the house and they need a 'line guy' todo this first.

 

Now my order is showing as 'Action required' and I called Sky who said they can't confirm when this will be done.

 

Has anyone had a similar experience, and is it a long wait?

Ah, that makes a difference .  Neither Siro nor eir.com publish the equivalent data.  Alot will depend on whether your are been supplied via overhead or underground cable

My neighbour is connected overhead, a line is running from a street light to the house.

 

I contacted them and they confirmed they can't provide a possible date - GREAT NEWS! 

 

But thanks for your help.
