Sky Full Fibre Openreach Install Delays

Ordered Sky Full Fibre in early June. Installation date late June (Openreach realised it wasn't an easy connect) pushed back to mid-July (driveway work completed, wires left exposed outside home but no grey box) and now told late August. I'm having trouble understanding info on the screenshot -- I think we're ready for FFTP, but Sky says Openreach say they need council permission? (Our neighbour had FFTP installed within 3 weeks). Grateful for any advice with own experience of full fibre delays or understanding the screenshot info. Thank you

@maka1234 the database says it is a single stage underground install which sounds wrong from your explanation. Suspect the engineers spotted an issue when doing the prep,work which requires a duct to be cleared under the road which requires digging the road up to do that. Openreach require permission from your LA and then they assign a crew to do the work folowed by the final install which takes time.

It is a lottery as not every install is as strightforward as expected. You should becdue compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

@maka1234

The relevant bit is 'UG Feed Not Evaluated' but if there's an optical cable now in place all the way then that's been superceded.
