Phone and broadband has been disconnected - before my activation date

My Phone and broadband has been disconnected before my activation date

I am switching from Talk Talk to Now TVboradband and calls by Sky broadband and the BT Open reach installed the little grey box at my house on 29/07/24 and my activation date is 08/08/24, but Talk Talk are telling me you now have disconnected my Phone and broadband   before my activation date !!

Whats going on ?

@AnaLoncar  What date did you tell Talk Talk to disconnect your services? Did Sky change your activation date after this was taken at the point of the order?

Sky agreed date was  08/08/24

@AnaLoncar  Then it looks like you will need to speak to Talk Talk to why they asked Openreach to disconnect the line now.
