Sky Full Fibre Install

Hello. My Sky full fibre installation date was due on the 19th of June but it was saying that there was an issue with the order and they told me to contact sky directly in order to get the order back on track. I have tried calling them, but when they ask for the two digits of my bank account, it doesn't proceed forward. Now, the new installation date is in August and I wanted to know if somebody can reschedule the meeting with the engineer.

'UG congested duct' is the key information: that implies digging is required, which is the most likely reason for substantial rescheduling.

Typically the issue with full fibre installation is either infrastructure, equipment or personnel availablity.

If it's in the UK then putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Could you post the first few lines of text below the table?
