Sky Fibre

Hi all looking for some information, I recently got Sky Fibre to the home, I am getting Download speeds of 450-500 Mbps but my Upload speed is only between 5-11 Mbps, I am on 500Mbps plan Sky Ultrafast Plus, any idea how I go about improving my upload speed, it surely shouldn't be that low.
