Sky Fibre Drops in and out

Hi,

I have been having the issue over the past couple weeks/month where my Wifi drops out 1 or 2 times per day for about 1 or 2mins per time. On the SKY App it says there is no issues however there is no internet and the light stays white when this drops out.

I am not sure how to stop this from happening. I work from home so this is an invonveniance when this drops out.

Looking for solutions to fix this.
