Sky Fibre Day.......Please Help

Hi i had my Sky Fibre installed today, everything seems ok but when i go to download anything on Steam it just keeps cutting down to 0Mbps then after a minute or so the speed comes back up for a bit then goes again.

 

Any ideas ??

@Touc82 to eliminate issues with Steam run a check on another site I find the tools here https://www.thinkbroadband.com are reliable when testing new conections.

Thanks. I seem to have good speeds when doing a check it's just steam seems to be acting weird
