Sky Fiber breaking roblox

Since moving to sky fibre, Roblox crashes every 2-3 minutes. The games just disconnect and spin on trying to reconnect. 

previous broadband (non-fibre) everything worked fine.

Roblox is categorised as online gaming for broadband shield purposes

 

You could go to my sky app-> product settings-> broadband shield and raise the age limit to 18, disable altogether or go to custom settings and untick online gaming

Thanks for the comment. I've tried fully disabling and still no benefit.
