If it's 'TV Essentials' then it's Freesat television reception with recording facilities on a Sky Q box. There's no broadband service bundled with that.

Sky essentials is a broadband package (very slow) and you receive a router

Thought freesat from sky was defunct from 2019

Essential is ADSL broadband. Essentials is Freesat.
Helpful Sky naming again...

That's because it's not 'Freesat from Sky': it's 'Essentials' ; )

I think the name changed when it started being supplied on a Q box.

So I live in a remote area, but don't want to spend huge amounts of money. Does anyone recommend Sky Glass?
I have two BT Home spot boosters, not sure they are working properly. Changing from Vodafone as they are very slow.
Will I need another package? Am at desperate point as my internet keeps cutting out grrrr.....thank you guys

In summary: I don't think we know for sure. Broadband of any kind has a minimum cost to an ISP of over £20 a month, so if what you're seeing is less that that then it's probably a Freesat television bundle (no subscription channels)

How do you find Sky Glass? Is it worth it? Will I need a package on top of the payment for broadband? Anything you can recommend ?
Thanks

The advertised Sky pricing for Glass does not include broadband.
Unless you really need to purchase a television on credit, Sky Stream plus an OLED TV would almost certainly be 'better'.

Sky glass on a max of 24Mbps. Not advisable
