I have followed other posts about using ASUS routers. Is there anything different required for Sky Business?
Here are my ONT lights (port 1 connected to the ASUS router)
Here are my ASUS router WAN and IPv6 settings running the latest Merlin (388.2_2) with all other default settings.

I managed to get it working! It seems this new BR440 uses PPPoE. I had to use a network tap and Wireshark between the ONT and the BR440 to find what protocol it was using and the username and password.
These settings are working for WAN IPv4:
However, I still can't get IPv6 working. From the Wireshark capture do you have any ideas for IPv6 or see anything I missed for WAN?

Try changing dhcp query frequency to normal
And switch the ont and asus off for 20 minutes or so

Thanks for the reply. I have set it to normal now and turned both off and will wait 20 minutes but I had tried all 3 options and also I've left the ONT and ASUS off overnight.
Could it be something to do with the "skydsl" part of the "Client-identifier (option 61)" is different for business?

We have not come across anything relating to different credentials for business.

I am using a Sky Connect model BR440. It seems to suggest here Sky Broadband and Sky Connect are different? https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2023/02/sky-launch-new-wifi-6-hub-and-4g-dongle-for-uk-biz-bro...
I saw some mentions of using WireShark to find the "Client-identifier (option 61)" setting in the past. Is there a guide on how to do this?

By the way the wireshark needs done using your sky hub
Also you could post your sky hub router states to see if it gives any info

There's actually no page like the one described here. I checked every menu.
System Hardware
Model:BR440
Vendor:Arcadyan
Hardware Revision:R01
The IP I'm assigned also claims to be O2, not Sky?
Regarding WireShark, I copied option 62 as plaintext after rebooting my Sky router. I've used Wireshark before while studying comp sci at uni (I work as a software engineer now) so I have a little experience.
It doesn't give me something in the same format as =anything@skydsl|anything. This is what I get:
I cover 1 character in case this is some secure string related to my account. If I try to use this on the ASUS router it can't save the characters in the same format and still doesn't connect. Any idea what this string could be?

And those were extracted from the sky hub?
And you used the printable text option on the drop down menu in wireshark.?

Wouldn't worry about it. Could be that dhcp prefix delegation only works on sky lines that use dhcp option 61 as opposed to pppoe . Thanks for getting back to us. Useful info for other uk business users 👍
