Sky Broadband
Hello. I need to activate the device, but I don't understand where to plug the black cable with the two yellow tips? One tip goes into the device and the other yellow?

Re: Sky Broadband
That's an ethernet cable: it's intended to go between a Sky Broadband Hub or Max Huband and an ONT (Optical Network Terminal or 'fibre modem')
If there isn't an ONT at your address then it may either be missing or yet to be installed.

Re: Sky Broadband
Installation of the ONT is part of the process and can happen up to the activation date.
The exception is where there's previously been an ONT at the address which is now missing: that needs to be reported to Sky.
If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate if an ONT is supposed to be present.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
