Sky Broadband

Am i the only one with sky router and speed issues?  I was with vodafone for broadband but when I switched back to sky q i took out broadband too.  Now I get 10mb download, it's abysmal.  Nothing has changed on my LAN except for my new sky router.  I reboot and i get maybe 40mb for a while then it's back down to 10 or less.
