Sky Broadband set up

In regards to broadband setup. My flat is already pre-wired for openreach fttp. There is an openreach fibre cable with a green connector inside the flat and openreach equipment outside. There is currently no ONT. Can someone confirm whether an engineer will simply fit the ONT to the exsisting fibre?

@CobblerKhan Unlikely as the records with Openreach will show an ONT is present even if the previous occupant has removed it (which they shouldn't and I'm alway baffled as to why they would).
