DIRTY

Im a vulnerable disabled adult, im housebound. I have sky stream & my broadband has been acting up which also means that i have no tv when this happens. Sky thinks its ok to leave someone like this for 11 days before sending an engineer out. They also sent me out, what was supposed to be - a new router.

This is NOT new, it is someone else's scratched up, filthy dirty, returned unit. I have NO immune system and sky could have potentially brought Covid or some other form of virus/germs into my property. This is UNACCEPTABLE SKY. If I fall ill now, you will have a lot to answer to. DISGUSTING, I am appalled that you have done this. It is so UNHYGIENIC

@Chelle86x  You're not contacting Sky Cuistomer services by posting here, no one on the community will have sent you this.

Also Sky  will send out returned units as they don't have a never ending supply of new units, they donpt send returned to the bin as that would just be uneconomical and a waste.

Though I agree that does look grubby, one would have thought cleaning the device would have been part of their recycling process.
