Hi,
I had my sky broadband installed yesterday. Initially it was working absolutely fine up until the evening. I have tried to reset the router and the open reach device however it is still not working. On the broadband box, everything is lit up green apart from 'internet' which has no light at all. On the open reach box, everything is green apart from the 'pon' which is red. It occasionally all goes green and starts working but this only lasts for a couple of minutes before going red again
