We've always been able to track our data usage using the Sky broadband 'Health Check' feature which gives your average download speed, amount of devices connected, as well as how much data your household uses on a monthly basis.
This has always worked fine, however in September the tracking showed we only used 4GB (which is WAY too low considering we average 800GB-1.2TB per month normally). Then October, we're showing as 0GB.
I spoke to Sky who said they weren't sure why the tracking had suddenly lowered and then stopped.
Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to resolve it?
Not too bothered as we're on unlimited and data usage shouldn't matter, but we've had issues with malware/bots in the past using our connection for mining bitcoin and I like to keep an eye on it for that reason.
