I am trying to take up Sky Q TV and Broadband for my new house. I know Sky offer FTTP service, as both streets either side of me are both available, despite also only just being released.
Originally Sky find my property under another postcode. When i get to property details, it has then dissapeared. However the property does not appear still under my correct postcode. it has now been added to Royal mail's postcode finder.
i have contacted Openreach (as i work for them), and they have confirmed all works have been done their side. The ONT is lit and is availble for service.
I can get service through BT, EE and Utility Warehouse, however Sky still do not find my address. Why is this, and how do i get resolved? My Neighbour 3 doors down can get service however?

It may be worth calling Sky to place the order.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Yes it is showing up there. I previously rang Sky, and had to repeat my postcode about 10 times to the operative, so it may be they still dont see my address on their systems. I am sure this is the problem, Sky systems have not yet updated to include our addresses.
Details from the broadbandchecker site;
Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG Feed with no anticipated issues.
ONT exists with no active service. A spare port is available. A new ONT may be ordered.
For all ADSL and WBC Fibre to the Cabinet (VDSL or G.fast) services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.
In order to be eligible for handback, downstream speed should be less than Downstream Handback Threshold values.
If you decide to place an order for a WBC fibre product, an appointment may be required for an engineer to visit the end user's premises to supply the service

@GD1 normally discrepancies with mis matched addresses are dealt with via an ORDI Openreach Database integrity form. These are filled in by sky and sent to openreach when the addresses from one don't match the other. However best to determine whether sky just hasn't updated their own database to show fttp
