Sky Broadband and Talk

Hi all

 

I've just signed-up for Sky's Full Fibre 300 broadband package, but the confirmation email says it's "Sky Broadband and Talk".

 

I didn't ask for "Talk" as I have a VoIP package with another provider starting in a couple of days, so do I need to get Sky to amend this, or will it not actually matter?

 

I'm just a little concerned that a simple order has gone wrong, and that

1) I may be paying for something I didn't order and

2) It may interfere with or otherwise complicate my VoIP package from elsewhere.

@Radio59  Talk is automatically provided, however there is no additional cost as you would need a paid for calls package, the default being Pay as You talk.  If you don't make calls via Sky then no charges accrue

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

All Sky Broadband comes bundled with Sky Talk Internet Calls, by default on a PAYG bundle.  There's no additional charge for this unless outbound calls are made from a handset plugged into the Max Hub phone port.
