Sky Broadband activation

Hi all, 

When I bought my broadband plan it was saying that the activation day was going to be on 19th may, now I got a message saying that is going to be 26th may. I have just signed sky broadband because it was supposed to be faster then other broadband (activation day). Now is the same of the other companies. 

Any chance that I could get the activation day at the same day that I have bought the plan? (19th may)

I'm not sure what gave you that impression, but Sky doesn't claim that to be the case.  All ISPs using the Openreach network are going to have to wait for Openreach to be available.
