For the past 3 weeks, my WiFi speed has dropped below 1mbps from 8:30pm, making it impossible to connect and use the WiFi for 12 hours, once it hits 8:30am on Thursday it runs as usual over 500mbps. It has done it again and on the phone they tell me everything is fine, when it is not. I have work in the early hours of the morning starting between 4am and 6am. If I cannot connect I do not get paid and have already missed out on 2 days pay as a consequence. It has happened again, what do I do

Ask for compensation and threaten legal action.
