Sky Broadband Superfast

Hello, 

I've just joined sky 2 weeks ago, it's been working okay, however the last couple of days the hub has been randomly resetting itself (flashing green), once on Sunday and today. It comes back online after 40-60mins. Is it just updates being installed or is there something wrong with the connection? Does it always happen this often? It happens during the day, so I would really hate if this happened during a work zoom call.
