Hi, I work for an agency that has created a website that is currently being blocked by Sky Broadband Shield. I have followed the instructions on the help page (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-sites-not-filtering-correctly) and sent an email, however I am yet to have a response to this. Does anyone know if a phone number exists so I could speak to someone about this? Whether it be Sky or the third party that categorise the sites.
I have tried the number on the page linked above, however as I am not a Sky customer they could not help and we don't need this change on an account-by-account basis.
I have seen similar posts on here regarding this and thought/hope somebody may be able to help.
It did get sorted. I emailed mysky @ sky.uk to raise the issue and after some chasing the domain was reviewed by their content provider and access was allowed for all age restriction settings in Sky Broadband Shield.
For me it took approx. two weeks from the initial email for the site to be accessible.
