@Mike87x Sky control the roll out so from a customers perspective it just happens. It is not unusual to read posts from customers on 2 or 3 releases. Sky never tell us what is in eaxh release which apparently can contain security updates but often are tweaks to Sky's diagnostic systems.

@Yetiski61 all,Sky numbers take you onto the standard customer services IVR system there are no shortcuts to technically qualified staff.. What problem do you need help with?

Thanks for responding. The broadband drops every fay or two. I then have to do a full reboot of the router, Q Box and then reconnect the mini boxes again. It was ok until a month after installation by a Sky engineer, but this has been happening for two months niw. Can ypi help?

@Yetiski61 you can run the connection test in the My Sky app which can book an engineer if itvfinds a fault or you can of course ring Sky if you dial 150 on your Sky Talk line the call is free.
