Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Philberto444 I can think of 2 possible reasons the first and would be the most probably if the service dropeed after midnight is Sky or Openreach are working on their networks. Usually that only lasts for a week or so but is unavoidable the wotk is done in the early hours to incoviencectge fewest users. Just like overnight road closeures the work has to be done. 21.00 is still in the peak usage hours though.
The second is something is interfering with your wifi so check any devicecthat turns on and off at those times as the source is likely to be in your home. It could be a fluorescent light or any other device.
