Sky Broadband Booster SE210

Hi I am using my Sky router SR203 and Booster on Now broadband as they are basically the same service. I would like to upgrade the SE210 Booster yo the current firmware 3.01.0901.R

Does anyone have a link to where I can download this please... I have looked High and low.

Firmware is pushed out by Sky to hardware associated with active subscriptions, not made available for download as a manufacturer would, which is why you can't find it.  As that  hardware shouldn't be in use without a Sky Broadband subscription (and you aren't supposed to be in possession of it), current firmware won't be provided.

Naughty me! Sky never asked for the router back and I bought the SE210 outright from sky and they all work with Now Broadband, funny that... as its sky basically, but cheaper!

I hope someone, will hava a better answer than this mild finger wagging.

I think because last time i looked now broadband don't do the sr203 and broadband booster that they don't have the means of updating the firmware

Re: Sky Broadband Booster SE210

yes I get that, I am only after the firmware file for the SE210 as it has the ability to point to the file and update so its not unreasinable to assume the file exists somewhere....?

What do you honestly expect when you post on the offical Sky forums about doing something that is completely wrong and against T&Cs? Like seriously I know its not like your really doing much wrong but did you really expect any other answer from here? You'd be better off posting on a non-official Sky/NowTV forum.

There is no firmware file avaliable. All updates are done automatically OTA, files are only used in rare circumstances when troubleshooting issues with Sky support.
