Sky Broadband Activation Fee wasn't explicitly mentioned before payment...
Hi, I purchased a 12 month broadband subscription today and looked at the cost of my first month before I paid. It mentioned only a charge if €30 for the first month, but didn't include an activation fee. It was only when I went to open the confirmation email that it says an activation fee applies. Why is this not explicitly mentioned before I agreed to sign up and what is the cost. Sky didn't disclose any number for how much it would be.
