Sky Booster
I have a Sky booster which for sometime now is only showing two green lights instead of three. The middle light does not come on ( connection) should I have three green lights? Does it matter? Also my WiFi is so slow today but testing the connection shows everything is OK. What could the cause be, I have done nothing different? Just loading this page took about 5 mins!!

Yes the green connection light should be lit. You may need to factory reset the booster and connect it to your hub again

Thank you. I have tried the reset but still only 2 lights.
I will turn it off and on again and see if that reconnects it. At a loss now 🤷🏼♀️
