Have just discovered after requesting a WiFi engineer...having paid for boost based on this option of an engineer calling out...THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SKY CUSTOMERS LIVING IN N.IRELAND!
Agent I spoke to was helpful but checked to confirm that any BT postcode could not request a specific WiFi engineer so be aware if you have this or are thinking of getting it. I was misled completely. They are looking at options to rectify what happened with me.
