Can't contact sky at all to sign up to broadband
So frustrating - I'm literally trying to sign up to sky broadband as it's the cheapest deal for my postcode. I go through the whole website to sign up 'unexpected error', I follow any of the options on the only phone number available and the line just goes silent when I finally get past all the annoying computer voice options and almost at a real person. How can a company possibly make it so hard to take my money? Looking to be contacted by someone who I can actually speak to about signing up because your website crashes and your phone line is useless.
