Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nicole78 if other devices are working normally it wont becan issue with your Sky broadband. It is likely to be a set up issue on the PC and laptop. You mention Mcafee if you have that installed on the two machines check its settings as thstt coukd be causing the issue.
