Single issues to both tvs, poor reception

I have recently moved to a ground floor flat. I have been experiencing really bad connection issue with both my glass to and also my puck. TVs stop mid flow doesn't seem to work properly like there isn't enough Wi-Fi capacity to run the tvs

@Nanny You sare probably right that the issue is insufficent WiFi signal. You can test the speed of the connection to either unit by running the Network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. You need at least 25Mb/s to watch in UHD but HD is somewhat lower.

 

WiFi speeds are affected by the layout of your home and what it is built from as WiFi signals lose strength passing through solid objects like walls. Beyond making sure your hub and stream puck are out in tge open ideally on a surface above obstructions like radiators you are into spending money. Cheapest and best solution is to use ethernet cables back to the hub but thst is often impractical. You can buy Sky's add-on Wifi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy third party kit if you prefer.
