Since storm on Thursday Poor internet flashing amber light

Since the storm on Thursday my internet is on/off all the time.  I've done variousspeed tests and sometimes it says I've good connection but sometimes there a problem.  The amber internet light is flashing most of the time.  What can I do please?

@Mooney1  you can call sky and inform them of your faul and get openreach out to see but if you do run a test on the checker when the light goes off on mobile data then it showing a problem then it should allow you tyo book a open reach op to come and have a look but if you cant you can always call sky and tell them they will run the same test and if it finds a faul they will book a openreach op or sometimes they will do a work around to book one  hope this helps and some experts on here will be able to advise too 🙂 😄

Thanks but I have tried to call Sky and can never get to speak to a human being only get a line check that tells everything ok but it's not.  How can I get to speak to someone.  Any ideas please?
