Since an engineer set my router to 2.3ghz to avoid interference my teckin smsrt plugs no longer work ad they are 2.4ghz can any one help?

You would need to seperate the wifi as below if they have disabled 2.4 completely

@Bomber89b I suspect the "engineer" may have changed the 2.4GHz channel rather than turning the band off. If they changed the channel to 12 or 13 not all devices can use those including a lot of smart plugs as those channels are not used in the US.
