Sim not available

SIM has had no issues for a year. 
Today my phone is saying "Sim not Availabe".

I have rebooted my phone, removed and reseated the sim twice, and just paid my sky bill early. 
Sky AI is no help.

Is this Sky Mobile related as you have posted this in the Broadband forum, if it is when calling Sky stay on the line and try saying nothing if asked any questions by the bot.
